To start your transfer process, you need to login to your Supersonicz account. Once you are logged in then a dashboard will be open in front of you which includes all of your details, and updated currency exchange rate. Further, follow these process below:

1. Click “Send Money” button
2. Select the country (Cameroon) where you wants to send money
3. Choose the method which you wants to use
4. Enter the amount you wants to send
5. Select the saved beneficiary or create a new one
6. For Bank Transfer process enter the details of your bank account
7. If you choose other methods then enter details accordingly
8. Re-check all the details and press “Send”
9. Enter your Bank/Card Details.

1. Transfer via Debit or Credit card takes just a few minutes, because this whole process is online, and does not require much of verification
If you are using the Online Bank Transfer method then it might take one or two days depending on how soon we get authorization from your bank

There are few other reasons as well that might affect the time of your online money transfer:

3. When you are sending money to a different time zone

If you wish to cancel any transaction which is under process then simply follow the process below:

1. Login to your Supersonicz account
2. Choose the transaction from the dashboard which is under process
3. Select the option “Inquiry”
4. Click over the Cancel Transaction Button
5. Provide the reason for Cancellation

Receiving process is simple because all you need to provide is:

1. PIN or Transaction ID provided by the Sender
2. National Identification Card of Receiver
